Pearline Moss Browning, 89

  Pearline Moss Browning, age 89, of the Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away, Thursday evening, October 20, 2011 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville, KY.  Funeral Services for Pearline Moss Browning were conducted Sunday afternoon, October 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with E.C. Meadows officiating.  Interment followed in the Smith Chapel Cemetery.

  Pearline was born Monday, January 16, 1922 in Macon County, TN, one of three siblings of the late Sam and Maggie Sadler Moss.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Sammie D. Moss.  On October 6, 1941, she married Girvous Browning, who survives.  They had just celebrated their 70th anniversary together.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Red Boiling Springs Church of Christ.
  Survivors besides her husband, Girvous include: daughter & son-in-law, Sandra & Wayne Newberry, son & daughter-in-law, James & Jo Ann Browning all of Red Boiling Springs, sister, Willa Dean Ford, Lafayette, granddaughter, Lora Rice and husband, Jack of Red Boiling Springs, grandsons, Jeff Newberry and wife, Tyece of Janesville, Iowa, Brian Newberry and Glenda of Lebanon, Eric Newberry and wife, Susan of Lafayette, Derrick Browning and wife, Sarah of La Vergne,  great-grandchildren, Emily, Morgan, Cody, Madison, Kaylee & Trey Newberry, Megan Rice.
