She was like most women; Lorene could spend the day shopping at the Malls or the Flea Markets. Listening to music was something she enjoyed, especially George Jones and Dolly Parton. Lorene had a green thumb when it came to growing flowers. Her favorite pass time was talking on the phone to friends and family. She was close to her brothers and sister and loved them very much. Lorene loved her family and grandchildren, but granddaughter, Ashley had a special place in her heart. She was saved and a member of Union Camp Missionary Baptist Church and also attended Old Bottom Missionary Baptist Church. On Thursday, August 2, 2012 the Lord called Lorene home.
