AND HEATHER SPEARS, to Denise Haraseviate, Trustee, on November 20, 2007, at Record Book TD434, Page 204 as Instrument No. 07003913 in the real property records of Macon County Register's Office, Tennessee.

The following real estate located in Macon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Lying and being in the 1st Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee and in the City of Lafayette and located on Courthouse View Street and beginning on a steen stake in the west right of way line of said street at a point 83 d4 inches of the corner of Courthouse View Street, Young Avenue; thence N 86 degrees 30 minutes W 143 feet and 6 inches to a stake in the fence; thence N 9 degrees 30 minutes W 81 feet and 6 inches to a fence post in Mrs. L. Gulley line; thence S 86 degrees 30 minutes E 154 feet to a post, the corner of Mrs. L. Gulley and the right of way of Courthouse View Street; thence N 1 W 83 feet and 4 inches to the beginning.
Being that property conveyed to Phillip Ray Spears, Jr. by deed from J.W. Farley and wife, Virginia Farley, dated January 30, 2007, of record in Deed Book 281, page 234, Register`s Office of Macon County, Tennessee.

This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the purchase price.  The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
