Notice of Trustee Sale- Kris & Amanda Boone

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust executed by Kris Boone and wife, Amanda Boone, to Macon Bank & Trust Co., Lafayette, Tennessee, on May 9, 2016, which Deed of Trust is of record in Record Book 21, page 734, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and payment not having been made as demanded, notice is hereby given that Radford A. West, Trustee, under the power and authority vested in him by said Deed of Trust, and having been requested so to do by the lawful owner and holder of said debt, will on Friday, December 7, 2018, At 11:00 a.m. at the front door of the Courthouse in Macon County, Tennessee, sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, free from equity of redemption, homestead and dower and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, the following described parcel of land in the 9th District of Macon County, Tennessee:

Being the same property conveyed to Kris Boone and wife, Amanda Boone by deed from Kristin Reid, Clerk & Master, dated May 5, 2016, of record in Record Book 21, page 731, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee.

Interested Parties: Macon Bank & Trust Co, Lafayette, Tennessee, is the holder of the note which the Deed of Trust secures. If applicable, the notice requirements of T.C.A. 35-5-117 have been met.
The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day at a time certain, without further publication and in accordance with law, upon announcement of said adjournment on the day and time and place of sale set forth above.
