NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the terms, conditions and payments made and provided for in a Deed of Trust executed by James Warner and wife, Christena Warner, to Gene Carman, Sr., Hartsville, Tennessee, on June 25, 2010, which Deed of Trust is of record in Trust Deed Book 474, page 195, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee, and the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and payment not having been made as demanded, notice is hereby given that Christi L. Dalton, Substitute Trustee, under the power and authority vested in her by Appointment of Substitute Trustee of record in Record Book 76, page 579, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee, and having been requested so to do by the lawful owner and holder of said debt, will on Friday, June 14, 2019, At 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Courthouse in Macon County, Tennessee, sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, free from equity of redemption, homestead and dower and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, the following described parcel of land in the 12th District of Macon County, Tennessee:
Lying and being in the 12th Civil District of Macon County, Tennessee, as follows:
Being Lot No. 2 of Pleasant Valley Lots, containing 1.00 acre, more or less, of record on Plat in Plat Cabinet 1, Slide 247A, Register’s Office of Macon County, Tennessee.
Also being conveyed is a doublewide mobile home which is located on this property and is permanently affixed to the real estate.
Subject to restrictions of record in Deed Book 186, page 40, and Deed Book 301, page 276, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee.
Being the same property conveyed to James Warner and wife, Christena Warner, by deed from Gene Carman, Sr. of record in DB 301, page 276, Register’s Office, Macon County, Tennessee.
