By Tim Case The MCHS Tigers looked very impressive in their season opener at home Friday night against 1A powerhouse Jo Byrns. In front of a capacity home crowd the Tigers flexed some 4A muscle as they blasted Jo Byrns 35-7.
The Macon County Sports Hall of Fame had their 11th annual banquet at the Red Barn Winery on Saturday night June 4th, 2011. This year there were five new inductees and one sports team recognized.
