Odessa Troutt Perdue, age 91 of the Oak Grove Community passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2008.

Odessa Troutt Perdue, age 91 of the Oak Grove Community passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2008. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, February 26 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Duffer and Bro. Ray Lauftenburger officiating. Interment followed in the Perdue Cemetery.

Odessa was the daughter of the late Bob Hester Troutt and the late Elva Carter Troutt. She was a member of the Providence General Baptist Church and was retired from Genesco. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Arvin Perdue. She is survived by son, Harlan (Joane) Perdue of Lebanon; step-granddaughter, Mary Ellen (Anders) Ouiceno, Dallas, Texas; step-great-granddaughters, Ursula and Veronica Quiceno, both of Dallas, Texas; brother, Homer Troutt of Westmoreland and several nieces and nephews.
