Myrtle E. Mayhew Mandrell, 92

Mrs. Myrtle E. Mayhew Mandrell, of Westmoreland passed away Friday, April 18, 2008 at the age of 92.

Funeral services were conducted from Fairfield Methodist Church with Bro. Howard Welch officiating. Interment followed in the Fairfield Cemetery.

Mrs. Mandrell was a member of Fairfield Methodist Church. She was a retired school teacher of Sumner Co. Board of Education.

She was the daughter of the late Joe Mayhew and the late Pinkney Calvert Mayhew. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Hazel Mandrell and brother, Carlene Mayhew.

She is survived by sons, Joe Thomas Mandrell of Maryville, William Ted Mandrell of Westmoreland; sister, Faye Duffer of Gallatin and 6 grandchildren.
