Norma Dean Stinson Wilson, 84

Norma Dean Stinson Wilson, 84 of Scottsville, Ky. died at 8:33 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2008 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.

The Allen County, Ky. native was a retired employee of Washington Overall Mfg., attended Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church and loved to quilt and make fried peach pies for friends and relatives. She was a daughter of the late Charlie Clay Stinson and Georgia Carter Stinson and wife of the late James Rondue Wilson.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Shockley and her husband Gerald, Scottsville, Ky. and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four sisters; Esther Obecunas, Gladys Stinson, Edna Dempsey and Inez Pippin and six brothers; Welch Stinson, Slim Stinson, Chester Stinson, Elmer Stinson, Bill Stinson and Jr. Stinson.

Funeral services for Norma Dean Stinson Wilson were held Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Anthony Hale and Bro. Jason Goad officiating with burial in Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
