Lonnie Ferguson, 55

Lonnie Ferguson, age 55 of Lafayette, Tenn. died Monday, August 4, 2008 at the Trousdale Medical Center in Hartsville. He was a native of Tullahoma and the son of the late Raymond and Pauline Ferguson.

He was a Deputy Sheriff for the Macon County Sheriff’s Department and had worked for the Winchester Police Department, the Canon County Sheriff’s Department and several other law enforcement agencies.

He is survived by his wife Ronda Ferguson; sons Chris (Robin) Ferguson, Broadvies, Doug Gray, Tullahoma, Johnny (Kelly) Hodges, Tifton, Ga. and a daughter Hollie (Chris) Havner, Tullahoma; step-children Shane (Scottie) Sliger, Garth Middaugh all of Lafayette and Coffee Middaugh, Dallas, Texas; grandchildren Bubba and Amber Ferguson, Noah and Amelia Gray, Gabriall Havnre, Jack Hodges, Jeffrey Sliger, Dani Tirjan; one great-grandson, Tallon Whittemore; brother Ronnie (Louise) Ferguson, Tullahoma and several nieces and nephews and other loving family.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at the Tullahoma Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Maplewood Cemetery.
