Billy Ray Kemp, 55

Billy Ray Kemp, age 55 of Bethpage, Tenn. passed away Saturday, August 30, 2008. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, September 2 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Jones officiating.

Interment followed in the Sumner Memorial Gardens. Scott Sexton, Randy Kemp, Jerry Kemp, Troy Kemp, Chris Kemp, Chad Kemp, David Ladd and Tim Ladd served as Active Pallbearers.

Mr. Kemp was a painter.

He was the son of the late Prentice Kemp and the late Iva Lee Spears Kemp. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul and Charles Kemp.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie Tucker Kemp of Bethpage; sons, Jonathan Kemp of Gallatin and Steven Kemp of Bethpage; daughter, Rhonda Kemp Ladd of Gallatin; brothers, Raymond Kemp, Eddie Kemp, and Dan Kemp of Gallatin, Jackie Kemp of Lenior City, Odie Kemp and Mark Kemp of Bethapge; sister, Peggy Troutt of Bethpage, 3 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
