Carolyn Gammon Clark, 47

Carolyn Gammon Clark, age 47 passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2008, at Saint Thomas Hospital. The Funeral service for Carolyn Gammon Clark was conducted Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 11 a.m. from the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Leroy Crouch officiating.

Josh Hauskins, Scott Moore, Pat Keene, Joey Flowers, Jared Draper, Randy Keene and Shane Patterson served as pallbearers. Interment followed in the Pony McDonald Cemetery.

Carolyn Gammon Clark was born on Friday, December 9, 1960 in Sumner County, Tenn. She was one of seven children of Lillian B. Patterson Gammon of Lafayette, Tenn. and the late James E. Gammon.

Carolyn had worked for Fleetwood for several years and was presently working for Sumner Regional Medical Center. She attended Jubilee Worship Center. She was a very devoted and proud mother, she loved being with her family and listening to her son sing. She enjoyed collecting dolls and working jigsaw puzzles.

Besides her mother, she is survived by; son, Jason Gammon of Lafayette, Tenn., fiancé, Allen Stafford of Macon County, Tenn., brothers, Dollas, Connie, Jeff, Lonnie, and Ronnie Gammon all of Lafayette, Tenn., and a sister, Wanda Clark of Lafayette, Tenn.
