Margaret Francis Lee Farley, 82

  Margaret Francis Lee Farley, age 82, passed away Sat., Dec. 20, 2008, at the Sumner Regional Medical Center. Funeral services for Margaret Francis Lee Farley were conducted Tues., Dec. 23, 2008 from the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Doug Curtis officiating.

Jackie Farley, James Farley, Timmy Farley, Mike Veatch, Ronnie Veatch, Bobby Cox, Lynn Reid, and Marty Johns served as pallbearers. Interment followed in the Eulia Cemetery. Margaret Francis Lee Farley was born on, Sept. 30, 1926 in Jackson County, Tenn. She was the daughter of the late Jordan and Lillie Dixon Lee. She was married to Ordean “Boots” Farley on Feb. 21, 1941, sharing six children and sixty-seven years together, he survives. Besides her parents; she was preceded in death by; one daughter and son-in-law, Doris and Bobby Johns, grandson, David Johns, Great-grandson, Jessie Farley, two great-great-grandsons, sister, Helen Mitchell, and infant sister, Jewel Lee. Margaret was a housewife; she enjoyed quilting, flower gardening and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a member of Cedar Bluff Missionary Baptist Church. Besides her husband, she leaves to mourn her passing; sons, Jackie (Wanda) Farley; Randy (Susie) Farley all of Westmoreland, Tenn.; Tony (Chris) Farley of Lafayette, Tenn.; daughters, Beverly (George) Ennis of Westmoreland, Tenn.; Judy Farley and Bobby Cox of Lafayette, Tenn.; brothers, Bill Lee and Jordan Lee, JR. all of Hartsville, Tenn.; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren, sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
