Carl Ray Cothron, 84

  Mr. Carl Ray Cothron, age 84, of Westmoreland, Tenn., passed away Jan. 7, 2009. Funeral service was Sat., Jan. 10 from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. David Simmons & Ricky Vance officiating. Buriel followed in Eulia Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Brandon Cothron, Tim Oakley, Kristian Prock, Mike Compton, & Troy Cothron. Honorary pallbearers were Wallace Eidson, Kendahl Oakley, Zhane Oakley,  Chelsea Compton & Holly Compton. Mr. Cothron is survived by his wife Vauda Mae Williamson Cothron; son Fred (Becky) Cothron of Westmoreland; daughter Cammie Sue (Wallace) Eidson of Gallatin; brothers Donnie Cothron of Lafayette and Harold Gene Cothron of Hartsville; sister Ruth Sloan of Westmoreland; grandchildren 3 and 2 Step Grandchildren; Great-Grandchildren: 2 and 2 Step Great-Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Elaish and Kathrine Vance Cothron; brothers Fred Vance and Howard Cothron; sister Lassie Key; and grandchild Suzanne Prock.
