Donald “Donnie” Ray Marsh, II, 24

  Donald Ray Marsh, II, better known as “Donnie”, age 24, passed away Sat., Jan. 10, 2009, from injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident. Funeral services for Donald “Donnie” Marsh, II, were conducted Mon., Jan. 12, 2009 from the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Harold Carman officiating.

Kyle Cates, Robert Jones, Jason Reed, Justin Marsh, Kurt Cates, and Eric Dallas served as pallbearers. Interment followed in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Donald “Donnie” Marsh, II, was born on, September 10, 1984, in Sumner County, Tenn. He was the son of Donald Ray Marsh and Renita Faye McCarter Marsh. He was preceded in death by his grandfather; J. C. McCarter. Donnie was a graduate from Macon County High School. He was presently employed as a construction worker, for the last two years. He was a young man very focused on caring and spending time with his family and friends. Donnie enjoyed Folk music and playing guitar with his friends.  He attended Church of Christ. He is survived by; mother, Renita Marsh of Lafayette, Tenn., father, Donald Ray Marsh of Upton, Ky., brothers, Seth Marsh of Gallatin, Tenn., Zach Marsh of Lafayette, Tenn., half-brother, Eric Lafevers of Lafayette, Tenn., grandparents, Edna McCarter, Donald C. Marsh both of Lafayette, Tenn., Margaret Weathers of Gallatin, Tenn., a host of aunts, uncles, and his love of four years, Sarah.
