Mr. Jimmie Forrest Wix, 64

Mr. Jimmie Forrest Wix, age 64, of the Siloam Community, Westmoreland, Tenn.,  passed away Fri., Jan. 16, 2009. Funeralservice took place Mon., Jan. 19 from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Doyle Farris, Charles Millson and Chris Hill officiating. Place of interment was in Eulia Cemetery.

Mr. Wix is preceded in death by Parents: Olie  and Lilliam Rutledge Wix; sister Frances Slayton; brother J.D. Wix; and grandson Alex Eastham. He is survived by wife Brenda Carolyn Merryman Wix; son  Jason Wix of Murfreesboro; daughters Stephanie (Travis) Tarpley of Portland and Staci (Wesley) Smith of Gallatin; brothers Fred Wix of Jacksonville, FL, Maxie Wix of Tampa, FL,
Harold Wix of Celina, Tenn., David Wix of Westmoreland and  Jerry Wix of Westmoreland; sisters Shirley Carter of Murfreesboro, Melba Carter of Castalian Springs, Barbara Smith of Russell Hill and Peggy Fannin of Hendersonville; and 4 grandchildren.
