REV. Charles E. Tracy, age 76, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Sat., Feb. 28, 2009. Funeral Services took place Tues., March 3, 2009 at J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel. Interment followed in the Bowling Green Gardens.
He is survived by his wife Jean Brawner Tracy of 54 years; son, Charles Dwight Tracy of Bowling Green, KY; daughter Rita Darlene Tracy Maxwell & companion Mark Maxwell of Bowling Green; brothers Billy (April) Tracy, Glasgow, KY, Murl (Jackie) Tracy, Scottsville, KY and Ed (Marilyn) Tracy, Scottsville, KY; sisters, Christine (Gillis) Oliver, Scottsville, KY, Susie (Lee) Woods, Scottsville, KY, Betty Wallace, Scottsville, KY, Shirley (Jr.) Meador, Scottsville, KY, Janice (Freddie) Brown, Scottsville, KY and Judy Garmon: Scottsville, KY; grandchildren, Stephanie (Jerry) Bundy, Bowling Green, KY, Christie (William) McFadden, Bowling Green, KY, Dakota Hawks, Bowling Green, KY and Kitsie Maxwell, Bowling Green, KY; great-grandchildren, Kobe & Keylin Haynie, Kennedie McFadden, Cassius Neblett, all of Bowling Green, KY; many brother & sisters-in-laws & several nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Virgil Odell and Janice Huntsman Tracy and sister Ruby Jewel Pitcock. Rev. Tracy was born in Allen Co., KY on Dec. 3, 1932. He was retired from the Maintance Dept. at Western Kentucky University. He was a Baptist Minister, Veteran of U.S. Army, Loved his Wife, Children, Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren, Loved fishing and loved to talk & never meet a stranger, Rev.
