Thomas Himburg, 54

Thomas Himburg, age 54, of Red Boiling Springs, Tenn. and formerly of Monroe, MI passed away early Wed. morning, July 22, 2009 at the Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, Tenn. Graveside Services with Military Honors for Thomas Himburg were conducted Sat. afternoon, July 25, 2009 from the Jenkins Cemetery in Red Boiling Springs, Tenn. with Jimmy Cook officiating.

His family and friends served as pallbearers. Thomas was born May 24, 1955 in Monroe County, MI, and was the son of the late Carroll “Bud” and Bernadine Malosh Himburg. On Aug. 13, 1994, he married Brenda Beard, who survives. He was a Concrete Finisher for Eatherly Group in Carthage, Tenn. with 3 years of service and a Vietnam Veteran receiving the National Defense Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal. Survivors besides his wife, Brenda  include his daughter, Dr. Dawn  (James) Lindsey, Dickson, Tenn.; son, Timothy Himburg, Fr. Drum, N.Y.; step-daughter, Felicia Johnson, Red Boiling Springs, Tenn.; step-sons, Joe Pullen, Lewisburg, Tenn.; Justin Pullen, Red Boiling Springs, Tenn.; brothers, Michael (Barbara) Himburg, Manitou Beach, MI, Richard Himburg and David (Lori) Himburg all of Petersburg, MI; granddaughters, Hailey, Alexis and Samantha Carroll Lindsey.
