James Stacy Huffine, 41

Funeral Services for James Stacy Huffine, age 41, of Bethpage, Tenn. were conducted on Tues., Aug. 11, 2009 from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Minister Dwight Lewis officiating. Brandon Tucker, Ashley Harp, Amy Harp, and Amanda Kramer served as Honorary Pallbearers.

Walter Smith, Nick Smith, Paul Birdwell, Ricky Ray, Dennie Meador, Seth Mofield, Wayne Harp and James Deering served as Active Pallbearers. Interment was in the Whitley Cemetery in Red Boiling Springs. James Stacy Huffine passed away on Fri. evening, Aug. 7, 2009 at his residence.  A native of Monroe County, KY, he was born on Sun., April 28, 1968, the son of James Richard Huffine, who survives and lives in Clarksville and Alma Joyce (Kemp) Hollis, who survives and lives in Gallatin. He was married on Nov. 1, 2008 to Kris Vanatta, who survives. His brother, Anthony Harp, grandfather, Roy Kemp, Grandmother, June Huffine, stepfather, C. R. Harp and step-grandfather and grandmother, Coy and Dixie Harp preceded him in death.  He had worked for ABG Caulking in Millersville. He was saved in 1990 and was a member of the Living Water Fellowship Church in Lafayette but was attending the New Hope Baptist Church in Westmoreland. He had, in his younger days, taught Sunday School at the Mt. Vernon Church in Clay County. He was responsible for leading his mother, sister, and brother to the Lord. He enjoyed gardening, landscaping and was an avid fisherman. Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by, children, Lacey, Faith, and Seth of Bethpage, Tenn., Andrea, Amy, and Jacob of Lafayette, Tenn., brother, C. R. Harp, Jr, Gallatin, Tenn., step-brothers, Ashley Harp and  Brandon Tucker , Lafayette, Tenn., sisters, Sherry (Walter) Smith, Gallatin, Tenn., Amanda Kramer of the Oakdale Community of Macon County, Tenn., and Amy Harp of the Bugtussel Community of Macon County, Tenn., maternal grandmother, Ina Kemp, Hermitage Springs, Tenn., paternal grandfather, Kenneth Huffine, Nashville, Tenn., Father and mother-in-law, Dibbs and Kay Meador of Beth Page, Tenn.
