Minnie Mowell, 65

Minnie Mowell, age 65, of Red Boiling Springs, Tenn. passed away Mon. at the Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, Tenn. Funeral Services for Minnie Mowell were conducted Thurs. morning, Aug. 20, 2009 from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Pastor Clovis York officiating. Interment followed in the Smith Chapel Cemetery in Red Boiling Springs, Tenn.

Minnie Mowell was born Oct. 10, 1943 in Campbell County, Tenn., the daughter of the late Harold and Nola Smith Mowell.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Brianna McDonner.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Red Boiling Springs Church of God. Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law, Heather & Chad McDonner; sister, Carla Etheridge; brothers & sister-in-law, Ronnie & Linda Mowell all of Lafayette, Don Mowell, Carthage, granddaughters, Rebecca Daugherty, Nola Mae McDonner; grandson, William McDonner all of Lafayette; host of nieces and nephews.
