Donna Sue Tucker, 27

Donna Sue Tucker, age 27, of Red Boiling Springs, Tenn., passed away Aug. 26, 2009, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services for Donna Sue Tucker were conducted Sun., Aug.30, 2009 from the Alexander Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Kevin Slayton officiating. J. D. Tucker, Damion Tucker, and Conner Tucker served as horonary pallbearers. Chris Tucker, Justin Tucker, Caleb Darnell, Kyle Mahaney, Brandon Mahaney, Justin Wezet, Clint Graham, and Mason Doss served as active pallbearers. Brent Keene and Davey Tucker served as alternate pallbearers. Interment followed in the Liberty Cemetery.

Donna was born on Aug. 14, 1982 in Sumner County, Tenn., to Kenneth Ray and Judy May (Kosek) Bohanon, who both survive. Donna was married to Daniel Tucker on June 6, 2004, sharing five wonderful years together and the birth of a son. Donna was a graduate from Tennessee Tech University with a Masters Degree in Education. She was employed at Jackson County High School, as a teacher for the four years. She enjoyed making her own cloths sewing, embroidery, quilting, and the fair. She loved traveling and going places with her family. She was a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Donna was a very loving person to all that knew her and will be sadly missed. Besides her husband, Daniel, she is lovingly survived by; infant son, Joseph Daniel (J. D.) Tucker of Red Boiling Springs, Tenn., parents, Kenneth Ray and Judy May Bohanon of Lafayette, Tenn., brother, Kenneth (Jessi) Bohanon of Lafayette, Tenn., sister, Linda (Virgil) Graham of Cottontown, Tenn., father-in-law and mother-in-law, Terry (Joyce) Tucker of Lafayette, Tenn., and several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
