Carole Jean Vibbert

age 61, of Fountain Run, KY passed away on Friday, October 2, 2009 at T. J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral Services for Carole Jean Vibbert were conducted on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. from the Hughes Funeral Chapel in Fountain Run, KY with Roger Warren officiating.  Interment followed in the Fountain Run Cemetery.  Bobby Wayne Morrison, James Wells, Carol Key, Matt Key, Danny Parsons, and Quinton Vibbert served as Pallbearers.  Carole was born on February 3, 1948 in Monroe County, Kentucky, one of two siblings born to the late James L. and Dimple (White) Williams.  She married her husband, Carley Fay Vibbert, on December 16, 1967, who survives.  Besides her parents, her only brother, Jackie Lloyd Williams preceded her in death.  She had worked for 14 year at the State of Kentucky Barren River State Park and was a member of the Fountain Run Church of Christ.  Before her health problems, she helped with the farm work and gardening and had a great love for reading.  She was a devoted wife and mother.  Besides her husband of 41 year, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Trish Vibbert of Nashville, TN.  The family requests memorials in the form of donations be made to the Fountain Run Church of Christ.
