Mrs. Othelia Blanche Gregory Stuart, age 46, of Westmoreland died on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Othelia Blanche Gregory Stuart, age 46, of Westmoreland died on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. The funeral services for Mrs. Stuart will be Sat. Nov. 28 at 1PM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Willie Leduc officiating. Visitation will be Fri. Nov. 27th from 12noon – 9PM and Sat. Nov. 28th from 10 AM – Service time. Pallbearers will be:  Jason Gregory, Josh Eaton, Justin Gregory, Caleb Woodard, Shane Woodard, John Wertz, Kevin Cage and Clay Summers. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Robertson County, TN.

She is survived by her daughters; Tabitha Nelson of Gallatin and Tammy Nelson of Bethpage; her son, Cody Nelson of Portland; her sisters, Joyce Haun of Springfield, Eva Summers of Westmoreland, and Betty Summers of Westmoreland; her brothers, R.B. Gregory of Westmoreland, Bruce Gregory of Gallatin, Jackie Gregory of Adolphus, KY, Roger Gregory of Westmoreland, Larry Gregory of Westmoreland, Jimmy Gregory of Westmoreland; and by her two grandchildren.           
Her parents, Lydnsey and Florine Gregory; her brothers, Lynn and Donald Gregory; and her sisters, Pamela Smith, Novella Gregory, Nancy Gregory and Frances Louise Gregory, preceded her in death.
