Mrs. Leah Finch, 77, of Celina passed away Friday, November 27, 2009 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

Mrs. Leah Finch, 77, of Celina passed away Friday, November 27, 2009 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. Mrs. Finch was born in the Pea Ridge Community of Clay Co. on March 10, 1932, the daughter of the late Stanton G. and Arie (Watson) Stephens. She was a factory worker and a member of the Ashlock Church of Christ.
She is survived by her two sons, Gayland (Fredia) Finch of Allons, TN and Lucian (Jeanette) Finch of Allons, TN, her three sisters, Margery Finch of Crossville, TN, Joyce Cassity of Nashville, TN, and Juanita Dyer of Holiday, TN, her three brothers, John Stephens of Rickman, TN, Dave Stephens of Scottsville, KY, and Noah Stephens of Cheatam Co., TN, her six grandchildren, Janet Thompson, Nathan Finch, Alicia Dale, Kayla Vaughn, Latasha Finch, and Lily Finch, her four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Rachel Harris, Anglemae Craft, Anna Lue Cassidy, and Evelyn Brown, and by her brothers, Phillip and Wayne Stephens.
Funeral Services were held on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, TN. burial followed in the Williams Cemetery. The family recieved friends on Saturday, November 28 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM and then on Sunday from 9:00 AM until the service time.
