Cecil Marty Cherry, 53

Cecil Marty Cherry, age 53 of Westmoreland, passed away Fri., Jan. 29 at University Medical Center. Funeral services for Mr. Cherry will be held, Sun., Jan. 31 from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Junior Hughes officiating.

Interment will be in Caldwell Cemetery. He is survived by his brother Carl Matthews of Riverview, FL; Aunts Mae Moss of Westmoreland and Rose Huntsman of Lafayette. He is preceded in death by parents  Cecil and Dorothy Lee Hughes Cherry. Mr. Cherry was retired from Brandywood Nursing Home.
