Dean Vaughn, 53

Dean Vaughn, age 53, of the Leonard Community in Clay County, TN, passed away Wed. morning, Feb. 3 at his residence. Funeral Services for Dean Vaughn were conducted Sat. afternoon, Feb. 6, from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with E. C. Meadows officiating.

 Interment followed in the Leonard Cemetery with his family serving as pallbearers. He was born April 3, 1956 in Monroe County, Kentucky, one of ten siblings of the late Albert and Helen Knight Vaughn.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sisters, Brenda Stafford and Diania Matthews, and brother, Billy Vaughn.  Dean was a disabled sawmill worker. Survivors include: sisters, Junell Hooten and Husband, Jimmy of Whitleyville, Linda Hooten, Callie Davis and Roberta Vaughn, Brothers, Dale Vaughn and wife, Ethel, Gerald Vaughn all of Red Boiling Springs, TN.
