Mrs. Dybsand was born in Nebraska on October 06, 1940, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Evelyn McCartney.

She is survived by 2 daughters: Dee Dee (Timmy) Short of Celina, TN. and Sheryl (Greg) White of Phoenix, AZ.; 2 Grand children: Eric Dybsand and Joey Short; A host of special friends also survive. Funeral Services were conducted at the Celina United Methodist Church in Celina, TN. on Sun., Feb. 28, 2010 with Keith Long Officiating. Burial was in the Turkeytown Cemetery.
