Funeral Services for Leon Tuck were conducted Mon. afternoon, March 8, 2010 from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Kirk Dodson officiating. Interment followed in the Smith Chapel Cemetery with his grandsons served as pallbearers.

He was born Sat. April 21, 1934 in Macon County, TN, one of six siblings of the late John and Minnie Parker Tuck.  On March 26, 1955, he married Shirley Likens, who survives.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Porter and Hobert Tuck and son-in-law, Tommy Collins.  Leon was a lift driver for the former J. B. Cassetty Lumber Company in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee with 40 years of service. Survivors besides his wife, Shirley of 54 years include: Daughters & Son-In-Law, Brenda & Ned Short, Whitleyville, Thelma Collins, Hermitage Springs, Sons & Daughters-In-Law, David & Joyce Tuck, Red Boiling Springs, Paul Tuck, Lafayette, Bobby & Ladonna Tuck, Red Boiling Springs, Sister, Naomi Birdwell, Dayton, Ohio, Brothers & Sisters-In-Law, Hollis & Betty Tuck, Tommy & Jan Tuck both Red Boiling Springs, 9-Grandchildren & 10-Great-Grandchildren.
