He is survived by his wife Betty Geraldine Rich Kepley of Portland; daughter Betty Jo Kepley of Portland; grandson John & (Brook) Kepley of Nashville; granddaughter Amanda & (Nathan) Fuller of Westmorel and Great Grandchildren Zoey Fuller, Matthew Fuller and Sloane Kepley; brother Willard & (Sadie) Kepley of Franklin; sister Virginia & (Eugene) Garrett of Pozeyville, IN. he is preceded in death by his parents Thurman Moore and Gladys Irene Mayhew Kepley; son Dana Kepley. Mr. Kepley was retired from the United States Postal Service after 34 years.  He was a member of Providence General Baptist Church.
