Funeral Services for Mr. Boren will be held, 2 PM, Monday, May 17, 2010 from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Daryl Braswell and Bro. Eugene May officiating. Interment will be in Rippy Cemetery with full military honors.

Active Pallbearers:  Jamie Dodson, Brandon Dodson, Josh Key, Erie Hall, Kyle Livesay, Paul David, Steven Acuff and Matthew Boren. Visitation will be Saturday, May 15 from 1- 9 PM; Sun. 10 AM –  9 PM, Mon. 10 AM till Service time. He is survived by: Daughters: Nancy Dodson of Westmoreland,
Phylis Graves of Westmoreland, Debbie Hite of Westmoreland, Connie Hall of Bethpage and Linda Livesay of Houston, TX; Sister, Virginia Summers of Westmoreland; Brother, Johnny Boren of Westmoreland, 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by Wife, Mary Anna Perry Boren and Parents James Edgar and Velvie Bell May Boren. Mr. Boren served his country and retired from the U.S. Navy.  He is also a retiree from Armstrong Tire.
