Funeral services for Edna Mae Wisdom will be held on Sunday, May 23, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Hughes Funeral Chapel in Fountain Run, KY. Brother John Lowe will officiate and interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery.

She was born on September 12, 1925 in Monroe County, Kentucky, one of five siblings born to the late Will and Annie Jackson Key. She was married 55 years to Elmer “Dob” Wisdom, who preceded her in death on January 3, 1995. In addition to her parents and husband, her brother, Cecil Key, sisters, Irene Turner, Melvina Key, and Marie Key preceded her in death. She was a member of the Dover Missionary Baptist Church and was retired with 20 year service at the Barren River State Park. She is survived by:
Daughter and son-in-law, Shirley Anne and William Ellis of the Dry Fork Community, grandchildren and spouses, Vicky and Bruce Jones of Austin, Tammy and Jeff Gray of Glasgow William and Michele Ellis, Jr. of Dry Fork, Sherri and Randy Raines of Glasgow, 8 great-grandchildren and spouses, Chuck and Sheila Jones of Cave City, Jay Jones of Austin, Katie Gray, Will Daniel Gray, all of Glasgow, Logan Ellis, Lauren Ellis, both of Dry Fork, Lindsay and Whitney Raines of Glasgow, 1 great-great-granddaughter, Gracie Mae Jones of Cave City and several nieces and nephews.
