Ruby Wiggins Woodard, of the Union Camp Community, died at 7:15 a.m. Friday morning June 25, 2010 at Macon County General Hospital where she was admitted June 24th. She was 88.

Funeral services were conducted from the Hackett Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home on Monday morning June 28th at 11 a.m. by E.C. Meadows and her son Bro. Gary Wiggins. Burial followed in the Draper Cemetery on Wartrace Creek.

She was the daughter of the late George Morgan who died in 1959 and Stella Bertha Smith Morgan who died at the age of 86 on March 9, 1973.

In 1978 she was married to Bobby Woodard of Union Camp and he preceded her in death on February 15, 2001.

She retired in 1978 from Heavy Duty Manufacturing in Gainesboro where she was employed as a seamstress.

Mrs. Woodard was a member if the Willette Church of Christ.

Surviving are her three sons, Charles Wiggins of Goodletsville; Roger Wiggins and wife Raquel of Hendersonville; Gary Wiggins and wife Janet of Wartrace Community; stepson, Ray Wiggins and wife Judy of Dowelltown; brother, Bill Morgan and wife Jewell of the Wartrace Community; fifteen  grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren.
