SURVIVORS: 6 Daughters: Sierra, Celina, Karian Kolinski all of Georgia, Kristina Denise Logan of Burkesville, KY. And Deshanna Lynn Bennett of Tomkinsville, KY. 1 Son: David Kane Kolinski of Georgia
Sister: Donna Purtlebaugh of  Kentucky; Brother: Kevin Snow of Florida; Special Niece: Carol White of Celina, TN., 10 Grandchildren; 2 Great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 12, 2010 at 4:00 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina with Bro. Willie Kerr officiating. Burial will be in the Ashlock Cemetery.
