Jerry Driver, Chris Phillips, Scotty Roark, Ricky Roark, James Mahaney, and Tim Roark served as pallbearers. 

Catherine was born in Allen County, Kentucky on September 25, 1935 to the late Connie Carson and Ercie Franklin Roark.  Catherine was married to the love of her life, Billy Lewis Doss, on Dec. 13, 1952.   Together they shared 52 years and raised two children, David and Terry.  Besides her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by; brothers, Melvin, Murl Thomas, and Blondell Roark, and sisters, Willa Dean Driver and Jewell Travell.

Catherine started her career at Walton’s Tea Company as a young woman.  After leaving Walton’s, she worked as a seamstress over the years for different garment factories.  She worked for Imperial Reading and later F& M.  She retired from Racoe around 1998.  Catherine was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished her family.  She was a member of the White Oak Church of Christ.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Catherine is survived by; Sons and Daughters-in-law, Terry Doss and wife Melinda and David Doss and wife Teresa, Granddaughters, Holly and Hanna Doss, Grandson, Mason Doss all of Lafayette, TN, Brothers and Sisters-in-law, Donald and Maurice Roark of the Akersville Community, and Elmer and Joyce Roark of Indianapolis, IN, Sister, Ina Faye Mahaney of Lafayette, TN.
