He was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 26, 1960 to the late Francis and Dorothy Penkal Ranney. He was an army veteran of the Vietnam era.  SURVIVORS:
2 brothers: Donald Ranney of California and Brad Ranney of Florida. A graveside service with military honors will be Tuesday morning July 13th
at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie Indiana.
