Funeral Services for Charlene Arbuckle OBanion were conducted Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Red Boiling Springs with E. C. Meadows officiating. Interment followed in the Whitley Cemetery. Her relatives and friends served as pallbearers.

She was born on Friday, April 18, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky, one of two siblings born to the late Charles Curtiss and Elise (Rice) Arbuckle. Charlene was retired from Hazelwood Center in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was a Licensed Practical Nurse with 20 years of service and was a member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God in Melbourne, Florida.
Survivors include: Son, Jayson (Pam) Martin of Terre Haute, IN, Daughter, Becky Owen of Bedford, TX, Sister, Donna Leonhardt of Louisville, KY, Special Aunt, Louise Lague of Palm Bay, FL and 12 grandchildren.
