STEVE HOBSON, 53

STEVE HOBSON- age 53, of Westmoreland, TN passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin.  Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. from New Zion General Baptist Church with Reverend Willie Leduc officiating. James Bullington, Harold Wis, Phil Kuhns, Kenny Wix, Harold Bullington, and Willie Leduc served as Pallbearers. Interment followed in the New Zion Cemetery.

He was born on September 12, 1957 in Augsburg, Germany to the late Walter Conner and Erma Jean Coronett Hobson. Besides his parents; one brother, Russell Hobson also preceded him in death.
Steve worked for Cracker Barrel, before moving on to become a carpenter. He worked for Ward Construction and later Wix Painting. Steve enjoyed mowing yards and doing handy-man repairs for his neighbors and friends. Sitting on the bank fishing was his great pass time. Steve was saved at a young age and was of the Baptist Faith and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.   
He is survived by; daughters, Isabella Hobson of East, TN, Stephanie Barr, and Robin Hobson, both of Ohio, brother and sister-in-law, John and Sheri Hobson of Rochester, New York, sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Vincent Rohm of Ashtabulah, Ohio, nieces and nephews, Adam Hobson, Michael Hobson, Marissa Hobson, and Sarah Hobson, also survive.
