He was born August 12, 1960 in Washington County, Oklahoma, one of four siblings born to Clarence Wayne and Patsy Brady Kemp, of Lafayette, who survive. He worked as a carpet layer until becoming disabled and was of the Baptist faith.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by Sons, Joshua (Shannon) Kemp of Hendersonville, Jason (Rachael) Kemp of Carthage, Sisters, Natalie (Darrell) Hudgins of Goodlettsville, Paula (Roger) Hosale of Westmoreland, Brother, Robert Kemp of Lafayette, and Grandchildren, Garrett, Gavin and Ruston Kemp.
