Funeral Services for Mrs. Dishman will be held, 2PM Sunday, Oct. 10th, 2010 from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Doyle Farris officiating. Interment will be in Sumner Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers include Jason Pryor, Steven Sexton, Cody Bohanon, Tim Oldham, Doug Stafford and Troy Mouser. Alternate Pallbearers include Eddie Sexton and Chad Simons. Visitation will be: Friday, Oct. 8th 4 p.m.- 9 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 9th, 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. and Sun. Oct. 10th, 10 a.m. – service time.


She is survived by daughter Lucy Marie Sexton of Bethpage, step children Michael W. Dishman of Nashville, Larry N. Dishman of LaVergne, and Christy K. Bohanon of Nashville, sister Wanda G. Oldham of Bethpage, brothers Mabrey Tayse of Wisconsin, and Sonny Tayse of Gallatin, grandchildren Amber Sexton, Steven Sexton, Trina Sexton, Cody Bohanon, Charleen Dishman and Eric Dishman, and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents Milton L and Delilah Mayberry Tayse, husband Charles E. Dishman, son John B. Dishman, brothers Carrol, Frank, James and Ed Tayse, and sisters Zephine Yates, Margaret Mouser, Ruby Stafford, Mable Pryor, and Janie Stafford.
Mrs. Dishman was a member of Hartsville Pike Church of Christ.
