Funeral Services for Jerry Dewayne Craighead were conducted Saturday afternoon, October 9, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Stephen Peeler and Joe Curry officiating. Interment followed in the Clementsville Cemetery with military honors. Honorary Pallbearers were Steve Tuck, Kristian Rene Robb. Active Pallbearers were his family and friends.

Jerry was born Friday, December 2, 1949 in Clay County, Tennessee, one of five boys born to the late Terril and Myrlene Cherry Craighead. On January 25, 1976, he married the former Susie Reece, who survives. He was a member of the Walton Chapel Church of Christ and was a veteran of the United States Army where he received the National Defense Service Medal and the M-16 Sharpshooter Medal.
