Mr. Freeman was retired from T.V.A. and was a member of the Pipe Fitters Union. He was also a race car mechanic and restored old cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Dorothy Freeman. He is survived by his wife, Ella Freeman; daughters, Teresa Freeman and Finance, Paul Adcock and Tammy (Bobby) Crowder; 2 sisters, 4 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Funeral Services were held at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Hendersonville on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 2 p.m. Rev. Roger Thaxton officiating. Family and friends served as pallbearers. Entombment at Hendersonville Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
