Thomas Patrick Ryan, of the Green Grove Community of Macon County, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2010, at his residence, at the age of 72 years 6 months and 30 days. The family chose cremation.

Visitation with the family was held on Wednesday from 4PM – 8PM from the Chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN. Tom Ryan was born April 23, 1938, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, one of four siblings born to the late Louis Ryan and Margaret Zerben Ryan. He was a member of the Army Reserves and was self-employed in the construction business. He loved to fish, ride motorcycles, but also considered himself to be a “professional golfer”, being extremely proud of the hole in one he shot this year. Tom is survived by daughter, Memory Ryan of Hartsville, TN; sons and daughters-in-law, Troy and Susan Lange of Howard Lake, MN, Myron and Susan Roggeman and Wade and Michelle Roggeman of Elk River, MN; ex-wife, Nancy Ryan of Clearwater, FL; brother, Dennis Ryan of Fridley, MN; sisters, Margaret Mary Manns and Patricia Tuttle of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Tiffany & Tanner Ryan and C.J. & Chase Lange. The family requests memorials in the form of donations be made to the Family Funeral Fund.
