Edward L. Anderson and Gary Wiggins officiated at the services and burial followed in the Draper Cemetery on Wartrace Creek. The daughter of the late Lee and Mallie Cook Dixon, she was born Jewel Dean Cook on May 19, 1924 in the Wartrace Community.        On Friday December 22, 1941 in the North Springs Community, she was united in marriage to Bill Morgan. They had experienced over 69 wonderful years together as husband and wife.        They were preceded in death by two grandchildren, Bruce Sisco who died at the age of 31 on December 10, 1995 and by Lora Burroughs who died at the age of 35 on September 4, 2006. Mrs. Morgan was a member of the Wartrace United Methodist Church. She was employed at the former Carthage Shirt Corporation for over 31 years. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Judy Sisco of Wartrace Creek, Gail Moore and husband Steve of Lafayette; sister, Anna Lee Graham Smith of Dean Hill Community; four grandchildren, Kevin Sisco of Wartrace Creek, Stacy Sisco of Cookeville, Christan Davenport and husband Chris of Lafayette, Kayla Spears and husband David also of Lafayette; eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
