She is survived by her mother, Evelyn Keen Mandrell of Westmoreland; sons: “Moe” Taylor of Westmoreland and James Taylor Westmoreland; daughters: Sandy (Robert) Dickens of Westmoreland and Tabitha (Marty) Clark of Westmoreland; and seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, William Estelle Mandrell; brother, William Aaron Mandrell and husband. Woodard Funeral Home, Westmoreland, TN is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
