Larry Shelton, 69

Larry Shelton, at the age
of 69, went to be in Heaven on August 26, 2011. Throughout his battle with
cancer, he never gave up, only to receive an ultimate healing. He will enjoy
seeing all the wonderful sights in Heaven.

Throughout his life, he
enjoyed hunting, fishing, dry land fish hunting, antique cars, raising a
garden, and raising animals. Preceded in death is his father, Tom Shelton. He
leaves behind a totally devoted wife of 49 years, Janie Graves Shelton. She remained
at his side throughout his sickness. Mother, Lillian Crawford Shelton, Son, Tim
(Wendy) Shelton
Daughter, Jennifer Poland, 3
Grandchildren, Michael (Caitlin) Delk, Corey Shelton, and Amanda Poland. And a
host of adopted brother and sisters and very close friends. Visitation will be
Saturday, August 27, 2011 from 5 PM- 9 PM and on Sunday, August 28 from 8AM-
2PM at Woodard Funeral Home in Westmoreland, TN. Funeral Services and
internment will be held at Roberts Tabernacle, Fairfield Rd. in Westmoreland on
Sunday, August 28 at 4 PM with Visitation from 2- 4PM.
