Mrs. Wanda Lockett, 71, of
Celina passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the Cumberland River
Hospital in Celina. Mrs. Lockett was born on June 15, 1940 to the late William
Bill and Vesta (Price) Smith in Clay Co., Tennessee.

She was a homemaker and a
member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include: two sons – Timothy (Pam)
Newman of Hermitage Springs, TN and Tommy (Vicky) Newman of Hermitage Springs,
TN, two daughters – Lisa (Danny) Davis of Hermitage Springs, TN, and Patsy
(Randall) Bow of Celina, TN, 4 sisters – Katie Birdwell of Columbus, IN;
Bonnell  (Earl) Biles of Columbus, IN; Dorthean (David) Goodwin of
Indianapolis, IN; Jewell (Carly) Cross of Elizabethtown, IN, 3 brothers –
William (Sue) Smith of Elizabethtown, IN.; Ronnie (Creola) Smith of Union Hill
community; Don Smith of Celina, TN, 8 grandchildren – Jennifer Newman, Jonathon
Newman, Candice (Aaron) Threet, Daniel (Destiny) Davis, Brad, Knight, Zack
Knight, Harli Newman, Bethany Bow, and 8 great grandchildren – Justin and
Brianne Lyons, Levi and Logan Knight, Colin and Riley Knight, Ben and Brody
Threet. She is preceded in death by – Parents: William Bill and Vesta (Price)
Smith, Sister: Sylb Green and Beloved Husbands: Ridley Newman and James
Lockett. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 4:00
PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, TN, with burial to
follow in the Pricetown Cemetery. Bro. Ricky Leonard officiated the service.
