Llataue Parkhurst Hazzard
died September 7, 2011 in Portland, Oregon after a courageous battle with brain
cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband, William John Hazzard, and by
her parents Faulby and Oda Parkhurst.

Llataue is survived by her
daughters, Kimberly Lou Hazzard (Rune Borgir), and Nancy Kirk Hazzard Mack
(Tracy), and a son James Ethen Hazzard (Lori), and grandchildren Anna, Emma and
Travis Mack, Elena Llataue Hazzard and Emily Rose Hazzard. She was born on
April 20, 1935 in Red Boiling Springs and is a graduate of Red Boiling Springs
High School and Albany Business College in Albany, New York. Llataue and Bill
lived in many locales in this country and abroad during his 40-year career with
Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. Llataue was devoted to her family and lovingly
cared for her parents during their lifetime. Memorial contributions may be made
to the Oregon Health and Science University Body Donation Program, 3181 SW Sam
Jackson Park Road, Portland, Oregon 97239 where a memorial service will be held
in December.
