Raymond Wayne “Moses” Blankenship, age 21

Raymond Wayne “Moses” Blankenship, age 21, of Madison, TN passed away February 10, 2012. Mr. Blankenship was born in Lafayette, TN on March 21, 1940 to Basil Cleo and Bronza Augusta Doss Blankenship. He loved reading and dancing, and will be remembered as a fun-loving man who liked to have a good time. His parents and his brother, Quentin Eller, preceded him in death. His daughter, Crystal Blankenship, and many, many friends survive him.

A celebration of Mr. Blankenship’s life was conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2012, from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Ray “Doc” Elder officiating. A committal service and interment will be in the Haysville Cemetery in the Haysville community of Macon County, TN at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2012. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN.
