Elsa L. (Hickman) Taylor, 89

Elsa L. (Hickman) Taylor, 89, of Greenfield, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born on March 7, 1924 in Macon County, TN to the late Orna M. and Cora (Sailors) Hickman. She retired in 1984 as an assembler at Western Electric. She was a member of Rocky Mound Missionary Baptist Church in Westmoreland, TN. Surviving her is her brother; Charles (Mary) Hickman of Indianapolis and several nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her husband; Leonard Taylor, son; Charles Horace Taylor, parents; sisters; Irene Creed and Vina Whittemore. Visitation will be held at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel on Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm with Service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at New Palestine Cemetery.
