Edrel Aliene Carnahan, 87

Carnahan, Edrel Aliene, age 87, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Friday, November 29, 2013.  She was the daughter of the late, Vesper C. and Bessie Mae Knight Russell. Mrs. Carnahan was also preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Carnahan and her brother, Roger Russell. She is survived by: Sons – Barry Carnahan, Jeffrey (Deborah) Carnahan and Michael Carnahan; Daughter – Debbie (Bob) Link; Sister – Ellen Slate; Grandchildren – Richard Blake Carnahan, Sierra Cheyenne Carnahan and Thomas Link. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Bond Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Kirby Family Cemetery, 2393 Kirbytown Road, Lafayette, TN. In lieu of flowers, lift someone up, lend your shoulder to their burden, walk an extra mile in their shoes, above all, be kind and find peace.
